After two years of using an Apex DVD, watching a movie on this baby is great. The picture is 10 times better, and the audio is sweet.
Another big plus (for me) is that it is very thin and doesn't take up too much space.

Component-video splits the video signal into three separate components, which reduces the amount of signal processing required of your television.
